Inspection Agreement
If The Buyer is attending the inspection, The Buyer will need to initial and sign our Inspection Agreement at the time of the inspection.
If The Buyer is not able to attend, you will need to download a copy of The Agreement, sign and fax it to 1-972-509-2849 before the inspection begins.
Commercial Inspection Agreement, buyer will need to download, sign and send a copy of the inspection agreement prior to the inspection date, fax to 1-972-509-2849 or email to plano.robert@gmail.com.
Fee Disclosure Agreement
On occasion I will subcontract Hayden Pool Services at (214) 361-7665 to do the Pool & Spa Inspection. I pay them a portion of the fee I receive from you for this service.
Occasionally I will subcontract Intellectual Pest Management at (214) 618-2913 or another qualified vendor to provide the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report. I pay them a portion of the fee I receive from you, for this service.

On the majority of our jobs we have Brinks Home Security (800) 867-3591 inspect the security system. Brinks pays us a fee to provide us this service in exchange for your name and phone number. There is no cost to you whether Brinks inspects the security system or not. Brinks will be calling you after the inspection in hope that you will contract with them for their monitoring service. There are a number of vendors in the DFW area that can monitor or install a security system, I recommend getting competitive quotes before signing a contract.
